Nattens Kyss

Nattens Kyss, born 1981 and raised in Leipzig, model and graphic designer.

Early in her life she discovered her love for art and photography. Yet her passion for modelling was wakened by the publisher of one of the most important German music magazines, who asked her in 2000 if she was willing to model for him. No sooner said than done, the newcomer made it to the front page straightaway. It did not take long until she was to be published in a pin up calendar, followed by shootings for cd-covers and magazines. In the course of these experiences she found her own individual way as a freelance model for various kinds of photography and art.

Her intention is to express sentiments and emotions, to convey her perceptions of life to the beholder. In her pictures she is concerned with the morbid, absurd, bleak and with the unconscious creatures of the collective human mind. The coldness of inner humaneness contrasts with the final flicker of hope, with her own emotionality being the center.
